Set up a USB serial connection between a host and a Zynq board

1. Connect the serial port of the board to your computer USB port.
2. Connect to the board using for example gtkterm for Linux, Tera Term for Windows.
3. Edit the baud rate to 115200 and select the port.
4. Reboot the board
