Orders

To place an order, you can buy online or email us your purchase order (PDF) to [email protected].

Please note our products prices are EXW. Shipping fees can be found here.

Quotations

You can request a quotation from your cart. Please let us know if you wish a quotation in US dollars.

Payments

We currently accept:

• credit card payments for online orders
• bank transfers

Wire transfers

Please be sure to include your invoice or proforma invoice number as the transfer reference.

Credit cards

You may pay by credit card online, over the phone.

Net 30 invoices

We currently offer net 30 payment terms to universities and public research laboratories. You can email us your purchase order (PDF) at [email protected].

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our offices in France.

Time

We ship as soon as possible. In-stock orders leave our offices within 3 working days following the order date.

All shipments are tracked and tracking IDs are emailed following the shipment of the orders.

Fees

We apply a fixed fee based on the shipping country.

Customs

All duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. Please note customs clearance may delay your delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email [email protected] within 30 days.

Claims

If there are missing or incorrect items in your package, please email [email protected] within 15 days.

Certificates of origin

Certificates of origin certified by the Chamber of Commerce can be provided upon request for 25.00 EUR / piece.
